After investigating the VAT bill, the Guardian Council considered 14 cases of it as to be against the Constitution and religion and returned to the parliament.
According to secretary of the Guardian Council, the bill has been ratified by the parliament on 29th Jan 2008 and discussed in the Guardian Council session on 12th March 2008.
